609 Main At Texas, a recently developed Class AA+ trophy tower, is an investment offering memorandum book. Designed with elements from the skyscraper’s unique structure, the client’s ask was to present the myriad of opportunities the tower has to offer in an innovative way to align with Hines’s architectural triumph.
